From a little afternoon delight to a full day celebration

Below are our standard rates, however we know each event is different so we are happy to offer flexibility. We can create a custom package to suit your time, style and budget, please feel free to contact us to ask any questions. We want your event to run seamlessly and pride ourselves in our service.

Packages Include:

2 or 3 experienced professional bar staff in uniform
Fruit infused cold drink dispensers for refreshments
Bar equipment
Ice for service
Ice buckets for cooling & storing beverages
Styling to suit your event
Floral installations
White umbrellas
Festoon lighting
Set up/take down
Travel within Auckland

*Glassware available as an add on, including wine glasses, champagne glasses, short and tall glasses.

We Travel!

Alfie loves road trips! We are happy to travel almost anywhere in the North Island. Please note that there will be an additional travel expense for any bookings outside out the wider Auckland region. 74c per kilometre.

Coffee & Tea

We offer the coffee & tea service during an Alfie bar service package, or Alfie can make a  special visit to serve coffee & tea at an event, or the morning after - to help that hangover.

$4 per coffee & tea (Minimum spend required)

Services include:

An experienced barista
Fruit infused cold drink dispensers (x2)
High quality coffee machine and equipment
Eco-friendly coffee cups and lids
Styling to suit your event
Set up/Pack down

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All packages are based on a BYO service
$150 per hour over and above the agreed hire time
GST is exclusive to the prices above
1 Bar staff packages are available
Glassware is optional at an additional charge, inclusive of wine, short and champagne glassware
Over and above 120 guests, a third person will be required at an additional charge.
We happily clear tables of empty glasses and bottles
